Do you deliver and stack?

We deliver with a box van. All delivered bales are bundled in 18 bale bundles and will be stacked at your desired storage location. Unloading and stacking rates are $60 per hour per person.

What is a bundle? A bundle consists of 18 two-tie bales, each weighing 60 pounds, packaged together. These bundles are compact enough to be easily handled by a standard yard tractor equipped with a loader attachment, reducing the need for manual labor.

Is there an order minimum?

For delivered purchases there is a 2 ton minimum.​

Do you sell by the bale or by the ton?

We sell by the bale as there is not a certified scale at our distribution sites so it is illegal for us to sell by the ton. We get a truckload weight on a certified scale prior to distribution. The bale weight you see is an average on a truck load of 536 bales so individual bale weight may vary. Can I place an order outside of the website?

We prefer orders to be placed through the website but they can also be made by emailing sales@mileshayfarms.com. Order placement may not be as quick when placed via email.

Do you carry hay that is not listed on the website?

We carry a variety of other hays not listed on the website, but they are sourced from other growers and prices vary. Please email sales@mileshayfarms.com for these inquiries.

Do you guarantee your hay?

We guarantee our hay to be mold and weed free. We do NOT consider grass or cereal grain to be weeds. We will provide a full refund with return of the hay after photo documentation of your claim.

Can we arrange pick up at your farm?

Yes! Be sure to contact us via phone or email to schedule your pick-up. ​
